Description
This was Don Partridge’s first (and last) studio album since his hit single Rosie (1968). Richard had the privilege of sifting through Don’s huge catalogue of songs as well as digging him out of local pubs to place him in front of a microphone. These precious recordings give a fascinating glimpse into the life and times of one of England’s most fascinating artistic mavericks.
Recorded and produced by Richard Durrant with guest musicians Herbie Flowers, Tom Arnold, Nick Pynn and the great man himself on vocals, guitar, harmonica and “one man band”.
